A couple of weeks ago I was admiring some of teendoc's gorgeous spring flower photos. I noticed that her full sun tulip shots were gorgeous, not completely sun bleached and I asked her for her secret...which she most willingly shared.

I finally had the opportunity to try playing around with her pointers and here are the results:

Flowering almond, not much to look at the rest of the year...












Not sure what this tree is really called, I've only ever heard it referred to as an ironwood. Pretty flowers, birds get the berries and make an awful mess *g*

Wow-these are some amazing photos. Perhaps you should share the pointers with me as I suffer from snapping photos. :-(
