Jun. 21st, 2006 @ 12:34 am What?
I totally blew off an important meeting today, I'm a complete flake without my calendar reminders during the day. I was nearly sick at the end of class when I realized I missed the call.

Luckily when I IM'd this guy earlier this evening he was very understanding about it (he actually texted that he'd 'love' to talk to me - I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing from a Business Controls dude!) So, so far tomorrow, while I am supposed to be in class from 9-5, I have a meeting at 11, one at 12, one later in the afternoon, and one at 5:30. It is going to take me forever to catch up on the lost work time this week!

Stella and I went to a Lynx game tonight. I think I have to modify my once a month target with these guys to be 'go to a game where they win. It was still fun, but word of advice, don't get the peanuts.

Tomorrow night hubby and I have tickets to see Quidam I can't wait, this will be my first Cirque show! Thursday I have a ball game (I'm actually skipping one tomorrow to go to the show) and there is also a surprise retirement party for my uncle Thursday afternoon to evening, I'm not sure how I'm going to swing that. Friday night the 'wits and spouses are getting together to celebrate Uncle Brownie and Snorie's wedding. This weekend I might head up to the cottage with the pup, hubby was talking to his sister about having R for the weekend, and made the comment that they'll have more fun if I'm not around - "guy stuff" as it were.

I haven't been home much in the evenings lately, and I feel that I'm neglecting the cat and dog, so I'm off for a snuggle now then hitting the hay.
Who does she think she is?

Heyy there-how did you do on all those meetings scheduled today? Sounded like a very busy (stressful) day.

I love baseball games! There is nothing out there more fun than going out to one. Ummm-whats wrong with the peanuts? I'm almost scared to know.

Poor doggy & kitty-but still...I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying your days.

The meetings went. Really in my company they almost have a life of their own. I used to resist meetings, as it wasn't a culture I was used to, but it seems I spend all my time in one these days. People laugh as I even find myself scheduling them!

Oh the peanuts were just gross. They were the in the shell salted ones, and you never knew what you were going to get when you cracked them open.
