Oh that hurt! I haven't played in almost 2 weeks. I actually haven't done anything in almost 2 weeks. Need to get in some softball practice, first game is next Wednesday. And I have a race on the last weekend in May so I should get training again. Maybe getting more active will pull me out of this slump I seem to have been in lately. I'd also like to see if the glucosamine/chondrotin/MSM tablets that I've been taking are going to make a difference in the joint pain I felt the last race.
