The drive into work this morning was spectacular, to the point of being distracting. Several times I had to re-focus on the road. Conditions were perfect last night for hoarfrost to form on everything - trees, grasses, fences - it was beautiful. Unfortunately there is still a great deal of moisture in the air, so a camera cannot capture the crispness I witnessed in the sunnier areas. That, and the danger of photographing scenery at 120kmh. It is still distracting me as I sit at my desk, my window looks out over a tree-lined field and I am watching the colours change as the sun warms the tree branches and grasses.
