(no subject)

So. Tomorrow I have my first job interview in about 19 years. I really don't know how to feel about this either. The part of my brain that is reserved for work stuff is running full tilt right now on the audit remediation projects, so much so that when hubby does something nice and tries to throw a few interview type questions my way, I completely blank;

Him: 'Think of a scenario when...'
Me: 'uuuuhhh'

Him: 'What do you think are your best...'
Me: 'hmm, interesting, but I have no idea'

Him: 'Describe a time when you had a...'
Me: 'what? Right now, on the spot like this?'

Really, it's that pathetic. I can't imagine how I'm going to do in the interview tomorrow. The other research part that I should be looking after is honing up on the policies and procedures relevant to my position, but of course I'm not. I'm writing this note instead of thinking about it. Denial really is wonderful.
