Okay - good for them, but I'm calling something wonky with this story:

She's seeing a fertility specialist, and is only having an ultrasound at 12w (10w) after IVF? And they don't know if there are twins after IVF? What sort of clinic wouldn't be doing at least a single beta if not doubling ones? Is the potential other one hiding in her kidney?
