A couple of weeks ago I was mentioning to someone that my asthma was more or less gone. I hadn't had an attack, twinge or hint in years. Apparently my free-breathing time has run out. V has caught yet another cold, which turned into fever and an ear infection, but as someone pointed out, the bright side is that she's learned her lessons about sharing.
It really doesn't help my efforts to put a cranky, tired and in pain child to bed when I'm wheezing and coughing all the time. I'm amazed the poor thing has gotten any sleep in the last three nights at all. As an added bonus I don't appear to have any puffers that are less than 4 years expired. Some things I'll risk, salad dressing best before last February? Bring it on! Inhaling who knows what into my tiny, constricted lungs? I don't think so.
Who does she think she is?

I haven't had a good asthma attack in many years and I really do hope it stays that way. The only thing that seems to bother me these days are my stupid dog. She's a yorkie and is partially housebroken. When she is alone at home and in her crate...she pee's on her bedding (grrrr!). This in turn makes my eyes itch and I sneeze-sneeze-sneeze. Stupid dog! I take her out several times a day and she doesn't go in the house while she's out...she just goes when I am not home in her dumb crate. What is a girl to do?

Wheezing and Coughing. Ugh! That is terrible. Just terrible. I remember the wheezing, the having to catch my breath. Lungs feeling like they were collapsing. OMG! I don't think I have any good inhalers either. I do believe they are all expired. Thanks for reminding me. I haven't gone to the doctors in a very long time. I might just need to go just for refills. Hope you get better.

Apparently I should always have one. I swear I thought I had it licked! I mean even when I was playing hockey and stuff - no reaction. Stupid cold!

And yes! you need one too.

That's too bad about your dog, I thought that was the one time/place they weren't supposed to go. Apparently she didn't get the memo. Is she one of your rescues?

Nope-Penny was my 40th birthday present. She is a very good little girls except for the tinkling in the crate. I had a bigger crate and I moved her into a smaller one because she would walk to one side of her crate and pee. Now she pee's and pushes her blankie once she's done. Smart---but dirty.
