End of the saga

Finally. A fridge. Undented, running, installed. They called an hour before they were set to arrive, the delivery guys were competent and friendly, there was no cursing and swearing, and it does the proper cooling/freezing things in the proper locations.

Customer service knocked another decent sum of money off the appliance and we're getting the refund for the service plan, so at this point we're happy. Four appliances, installed and running and it only took two and a half months.
