Walked out the door this morning, and this little guy greeted me. I'm fairly sure it's yellow goatsbeard, which I think can be fairly invasive, so his will be a short visit. Cheery start to the day.

Invincible hosta

It is a hosta, and an amazing one at that. Its been here longer than we have (over 9 years) and no matter how badly treated (including being planted in full, full sun, it still thrives. And its huge!

I love perennial gardens *g*
