Senate approves Bill C-38

Before I forget for the 100th time, the Senate moved extra fast on approving C-38 and it received royal assent from The Right Honourable Beverley McLachlin, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada (filling in for the Governor General while she is recovering) July 20th, 2005.
